Tattoo Artist VS. GWG (guys with guns)

We have so many gun legislation laws in America because guns are a dangerous weapon.  Here are some things you may want to think about before you let your friendly neighborhood jackass tattoo on your body:

1- It's cheaper to pay me $125 for a tattoo by an artist than it is to pay the jackass with no talent or skill $50...After you pay $50, then you have to come back and pay me, an artist, $175 to fix it. Now, you have paid double for the tattoo. An artist maybe more expensive, but a jackass is usually cheap with no skill.
2- Tattoo artists account for overhead in their prices.  There are expenses such as shop rent, guns, ink, fresh clean new needles, printing supplies, ointments, cleaning supplies, shop electricity, advertisements, assistants, and the list goes on.  If a tattoo artist is charging you $30 for a tattoo. Ask yourself what is their overhead.  Do you think they are using new needles? Do you think they are cleaning up after each tattoo? Do you think their shop, if they have one, is located somewhere safe or is reputable? An artist knows the business; a jackass cuts corners whenever possible.
3- Run away if your artist does not have any hazardous waste baskets. Hazmat boxes/baskets are red boxes with white lids that are labeled with warning and danger signs.  Dirty needles, soiled clothes, and anything else with bodily fluid are in these containers.  AIDS , HIV , and Hepatitis are real and can be transferred through unclean tattoo practices.  An artist is clean, a jackass usually is not.
4- One hollow tear drop the size of a dime can cost up to $500 to be removed through laser tattoo removal. That same tattoo may only cost you $30. Be absolutely sure, you are getting what you want. An artist may ask questions and take time to make sure your design is just the way you want it. A jackass usually just draws, tattoos and collects your money.
5- Every artist has a portfolio of work to show. The portfolio is filled with pictures of their past tattoos. If you look through a tattoo artist's previous works and the pieces don't meet your approval...trust your judgment - yours probably won't look great either. An artist has a following and a proven skill but a jackass just has a gun.

You don't want to end up on Shittytattoos.com Do you?
